In these reflective moments, one always ponders--what if...what if I stayed in the Coast Guard? Life was not meant to live in the hypothetical.
I had a good time. I'm glad I was able to share this moment with Caleb and Philip.

Change of Command
Today, I attended a change of command ceremony in Oakland. It was good to see several classmates again, many of whom I haven't seen in 10 or 20 years. Caleb and Philip came and they had a glimpse of part of my life that they had never seen.
