Short Video of Caleb and Rachel's Wedding
A short video capturing the joy of Caleb and Rachel's wedding.
Sac Republic, Winters, and The Story
On Friday, Pearl and I had dinner in Winters for their annual Block Party. On Saturday, Philip and I attended the Sac Republic game. The open stadium is chill. Next year, I look forward to seeing the new stadium in the Railyards area in downtown Sacramento. On Sunday, I drove Elias back to UCB. We had lunch at a noodle house on Telegraph. It was delicious. Afterwards, we attended the "The Story" at his church in Walnut Creek. The creative artwork and live music was inspiring. Eli's Spring Break is over. We didn't do much, but it was nice to see him host a game night and play his regular Saturday evenng games at the Cannery. Now, the house seems alittle quiet. Today is our Mahjong potluck, tomorrow is Chess, and tomorrow evening Social Poker.

Santa Fe and Everyday Moments
Pearl, Lisa, and I visited Santa Fe for a few days. We hiked, shopped, and explored the region. The actress, Linda Hamilton (Sarah Connor) was also at our hotel, so we got a picture together. Today, I'm going to a Sac Republic game with Philip. Elias has been home for Spring Break, but we didn't do much. Soon, he will be in Singapore for the summer.
Today, I could go hiking with the Odd Fellows, but I just don't feel like it. I am content with everyday moments: Coffee early; A morning walk; Gardening; A afternoon bike ride, a snack, and a stop at the Arboretum. On other days, I have soccer, Odd Fellows, Mahjong, Chess, Poker, Kings and Republic games.

Rachel and Caleb's Wedding
One week has passed and I am still overwhelmed with emotions. The wedding was a beautiful, joyous ocassion. I Choose You, the song that Rachel and Caleb danced to plays repeatedly in my head. I can still see their joy and happiness dancing. The culmination of raising a child, now married, and an adult in every sense.
